Funnily enough, with better system you need good music. I used to listen to some nice songs which I liked, but on a good system it’s complete trash. Over exaggerated bass, a lot of trash in mids, voices are bad, and I just can’t listen to them. So yeah we all need high end, and very low end systems

For this budget, it’s not the best decision to spend on separates. After the system is ready, start with room treatment

Tldr:it’s about “dirty power”, and amp design and not so much about sensitivity.

It’s not that much about sensitivity of the speakers, but rather for tubes amps they are very prone to hiss/him, and I had Cayin ha6a, which was very very noisy, and even with different cable for the stock one(100€), there was 50% less hum. I ordered puritan psm1512, and with that I hope to hear nothing but the music. And my local dealer has primaluna, and it’s 0 noise

McIntosh are VERY reliable, rotel not so, I had Michi x5, and first one was with broken button remote, they had to change this 50kg monster
