I am a basic user, I only use headphones to listen to music and watch movies, I have bought wireless headphones up to 30 euros (I know they are very cheap) the problem is that all the headphones hurt me, the headband headphones are very uncomfortable for me, I have bought many wireless headphones but for some reason they all sound very bad for me, I have a sony MDR-E9LP headphones and they are fantastic for me, they sound very good, but I bought the xiaomi bus 4 lite and I have the feeling that they sound worse than the sony headphones of 5 euros, in addition, the xiaomi have a delay in the audio and it is impossible to play or watch movies, is it just my feeling or the MDR-E9LP sound better?

A lot of the cost that goes into wireless headphones is in the wireless part of them. Wired headphones around the same price are normally much, much better for listening to music or gaming, but of Course, they aren’t as much fun to pair with your phone and take with you on a walk in the park.

You could try IEMs (in-ear monitors) and see how those work for you. You can easily find decent sounding ones for $20 (US).

Another option might be some of the inexpensive Koss headphones. There are three that are quite popular: Porta Pros, KSC 75 (should be very comfortable) and KPH 30i. I think there is also a KPH40 that is similar. I own the Portal Pros, and I found them both comfortable and surprisingly good for music considering they are design from the 1980s (and look it). I added an aftermarket set of pads (Yaxi pads, like $12) after reading numerous recommendations, and they helped clean up the bass a little and made the headphones a bit more comfortable. I can wear them for hours, but YMMV.
