I’ve been using these cables for 5 years for my B&W 683s2 & NAD C370. I am on the team that doesn’t believe in expensive cables, but even then are these way too shitty or they are sufficient? They are basic hardware store audio cables.
Looks like plenty of good copper.
Cap the first centimeter or so to expose fresh copper and you’re fine.
What connections are on the speakers? There may some minor improvements you can make to the wires, but if they’re 18 ga. or thicker, they’re fine.
Looks fine to me. As long as it’s not a small gauge, cheapass cable you’re good - which these appear to be more than thick enough with plenty of copper.

i see little oxidation. looks perfectly fine. if they darken a lot or get too gnarly just snip some off and expose some fresh copper.
If youre worried about it you could clean the copper or cut off and strip the jacket and solder on spades.

I mean, they’re plenty heavy enough gauge. The ends are a bit sloppy. Personally, I’d either tin them if they’re going into spring terminals, or crimp on some spade lugs/install some banana plugs if there are binding posts.

Yeah the way they are twisted interferes with the toan. They have to be twisted the exact opposite, so the phases in each copper wire doesn’t cancel out the phase in the others. That’s why the right end is twisted the opposite direction than the left. It’s just the wrong direction on both.
