I’ve been in corporate housing for a few months and most likely have a few more months so when I get off of work I’ve been messing around with some room treatment. I’ve been trying to figure out how to mount ceiling tiles with the fewest number of holes and this is where I landed. Next up is mounting all the wall panels.

I was gonna say terrible WAF but since it’s a temporary setup then it might be one of the smartest dumb things I’ve seen around here

Not bad but one thing is going to cause you issues. Ceiling installation. You might want to put some eye hooks connected in the center so the vibrations don’t have the two pieces combining with one another.

When I saw the thumbnail and the title, I thought, “dude fucking loves hotel style carpeting.” Then I opened the post and read you’re living in corporate housing jaja.

This is a great idea for reducing standing waves. The blues will sound great cause no one will sleep with you in that room. Your only hope is hooking up with someone who is visually impaired or loves a goth vibe, or both. Good luck and happy listening.
