Let me elaborate. I have tried my fair share of headphones and iems nothing crazy expensive but non the less there is only on headphone ive tried that makes me move my head to the beat no mater the song. For me its the edition xs, what is that headphone for you and why?

Atrium. Ideal tuning for my preference. Slightly warm, clear and rich vocals, great soundstage. Got to love ZMF stuff

Ikko oh10. Not even close to my most expensive set of iem/headphones. It’s not about absolute detail retrieval or refinement. It’s absolutely glutinous - bad for my health.

Like eating an entire chocolate cake to yourself on your birthday. But, it invigorates the soul.

Empire Ears Odin… I tried EQing it, because I don’t find its frequency response to be perfect, but I always end up making it worse, setting everything back to zero and just enjoying it.

It also helps that I have to put all my headphones to their largest setting and bend the headband further to not cause too much pressure, and that IEM just sits in the ear, not moving

Not all songs, no mather how good the speakers or headphones are will make me move my head. Some songs are just really really bad. So maybe it will make my head move, but in anguish, and not to the beat. But the ones I like the most, and I think are the most musical of the ones I’ve tried throughout my life is the Porta Pros.

    Focal Clear OG.

If the L700 is immersive, then the Clear is engaging. The forward upper mids and punchy bass always makes me nod my head to the music.

I hesitated on the Focals so many times. Adding it to the shopping cart, removing them, adding them, then I found this one post that pointed out that for the higher-end headphones, the difference is so small. On top of that, Focals supposedly were really good for electronic music, which is what I listen to 70% of the time. On top of that, they look amazing.

I don’t have many headphones, but the utopia will unconsciously make me nod my head. From what I’ve heard, focal headphones all seem to have that trait.

SR325x. Grados Get You Moving. It’s like they put the music in your ears manually lol. Nothing like a Grado sound tbh

Im sure almost everyone has these but the airpods pro 2 are so musical. Huge bass response and the freedom of no wires just does so much for enjoyment.

Anything on my desktop is usually a little bit more analytical.
