Happened upon the new Andy Shauf album last night. A beautiful recording and unique sound.

Every time I start getting nostalgic about getting back into vinyl, I just look at the prices of records I actually want to buy, then I go back to my Spotify.

I can relate, one of my favourite bands is Spiritualized, unfortunately it ends up sounding very bright without enough low end at higher volumes on my system. Im sure recording quality plays a role, but I noticed it a lot less on my old system.
