Congratulations! I LOVE those mini stacks, and have been on the low-key hunt for years for one from one of the big players back in the day: Sony, Denon, Teac, Technics, Onkyo, etc. I gather that they were more popular overseas - i.e., Europe and Asia - than here in the States.

It’s hard to sort out because of the room, amp, etc, but the best sound I ever heard was one of three:
QUAD ESL57 driven by an Altec tube amp in a Chicago record store;Tannoy Ardens driven by some boutique amp at a hifi shop in Roswell, GA;
WE 755 driven by a Fisher tube setup (80-AZ and 400C, iirc) at an Atlanta Audio Society meeting (the annual vintage-fest).
I’ve heard lots of high-end speakers, but those 3 were Events. Also notable that all 3 were playing vinyl, not the hokey audiophile crap, but actual music. They sounded REAL.
I think they sound really nice but do not have the output you’d get from a more conventional tweeter at a given power.
RS sold a line of speakers with these as the tweeters and, IIRC, 5" - 8’ woofers (depending on the model). I’ve heard the ones with the ~6" woofers and they sound very clean and clear, very nice for a bedroom system or nearfield listening.
