I mean, there is the Truthear Zero Red, but they have very big nozzles.
Kiwi Ears Cadenza could be interesting too.
Stay away from KZ IEMs, most of their models have PIERCING treble (high sounds)
You should try Truthear Hola, it’s a very relaxed listening, if you can’t find it in stock, the 7Hz Salnotes Zero are also a good choice.
My last two braincells started fighting each other to be the third one after reading this…
