1 year agoAgreed. Too many people think Bose is good, it never sounds real and is tiring to listen to. Then having the head unit connected to the cars computer has made upgrading crazy expensive and has little room for creativity. Add the flimsy lightweight panels new cars often have, aluminium even worse. Best option for a SQ car these days would be a 25y old car
Rolls have long been good, I know the man who designed all of their sound systems for a couple of decades. He was running fibre optic to amps in the boot in the 1980’s. The design he’s most proud of is the Vauxhall cavalier. It was designed so a sub could easily be added to a great sounding stock system.
