Yeah, make sure you have enough power to be asking your speakers to move this much. More power is better when controlling the woofers… clipping makes square waves and can damage the speakers and the amp.
If you want your equipment always ready, why not use a smart switch of some kind and have it turn on only when you are awake.
Yeah I had a stack of signed copies of an earlier edition at my old workplace. A good read as a reference or otherwise. I’m sure the newer versions are even better.
Find your happy place with your gear as early as possible and before your hearing starts to deteriorate.
Change your speaker position. Tow in etc. you can make the system sound different and it will be like trying some different speakers. You might even find the perfect position for the sound you are trying to achieve. Then you might not want to buy more stuff after all.
It is all about what kind of relationship the company has with their contract manufacturer. If you let them cut corners to save money they will. If you don’t have proper systems in place to check their work through samples, QC ,QA etc., then these cut corners will reach your customers. Some companies care some do not. If you tell the CM to make crap they will.
A simple Google search could tell you all that you need to know about the topic. I don’t think this is the correct place or approach for getting an answer for this question.

It’s not about if the company has an issue like this with a product it’s how they deal with it if it does happen.

Looks like they are 25 Ohms. Any decent headphone amp should be able to drive these including the one in your AVR. You might see slight improvement in bass with a better HP amp.
