I just saw a video of someone showing of their kef R3 (non meta) and they had strong woofer excursion (the woofer driver moving in and out). And out of curiosity I checked my R 3 meta and they don’t do that at all. I do hear the bass clearly and pretty strong but almost no visible movement in the woofer.

The video: https://youtu.be/jDb1QswKY8k?si=GTOpNsS1R6zeBVXR

In the comments of the video he says it is filmed with no slo mo camera mode on iPhone.

I there something wrong with my r3 meta?

Yeah, make sure you have enough power to be asking your speakers to move this much. More power is better when controlling the woofers… clipping makes square waves and can damage the speakers and the amp.
