these are most of them, a few have been given away to friends (400se, akg361…) and a few are never used (pioneer 10s, blue ella…)

the only pair i never use are the ollo, they aren’t circumaural and they clamp so i can barely get through 3 songs before i’m snatching them off.

keepers tho, i like the look 🥹

before tws, i used to go on long bike rides back away from people and noise and traffic. it would be me, a little dap and those porta pros.

i would get completely lost in music biking along a trail for hours. they’ve held up through everything. and the yaxi pads are so comfy.

I have two pairs of Ollo and I luv them. Maybe your metal arch (dunno the word) is too tight? I returned one pair due to too tight arch, they gave me new one. And I guess my ears are smaller, but they go over whole ear.

The mod on the XS is so real. I love them but without some extra padding I can’t wear them for more than 20 min. Are the Graddos modded too?

I got so many like you but I find the old cd900st (with the yaxi st2) to be by far the most comfortable.

It’s wild that the cans themselves practically weigh less than the cable.

How many of them do you use regularly? I have quite a few myself usually switch between at least 3 on a daily basis as I work from home. Sometimes I am doing “focus weeks” where I try to listen almost exclusively to a pair.

i reach for them equally. i just sat and switched back and forth between them for a few songs and while they are different. they don’t stand out as X is clearly "better’ than Y.

702 stage a bit wider, sundara are more balanced across the spectrum.

with eq they swing and punch and kick with everything you see in the picture…

it really comes down to comfort. which is subjective.

Have you ever considered selling all your Hifiman headphones and getting the Arya? That way you will have a very good headphone along with other unique headphones.

I had AKG Q701 wedged I got the Sundara, I loved the AKG wave the Sundara was never as good as the AKG, there were a few songs that played to the Sundara’s strengths, but for everything else I preferred the AKG. Ended up selling the Sundara Ave got the Arya Steath and I love the Arya.

i prefer the many to the few - if i had unlimited funds, i’d still have all the cans i have now… along with the expensive ones.

they don’t sound better to me, i’ve demoed many - they sound different. if i’m paying for different, i’m going to spend hundreds, not thousands.

where you love the arya - i love having the choice between 15+ different signatures to choose from.

kz x hbb pr2 - if headphones are like looking at the moon through a telescope. IEMs feel like looking at cells through a microscope. technically the same but, completely different.

these do the microscope thing pretty well. i need more ear time with them…
