So, im upgrading my ~10 years old Dynaudio DM 2/7 to polk r700. Always wanted floorstanders, but lived in an apartment before.

Also my yamaha as701 to rotel rc-1572 with a D-amp NCore NCX500 modules.

This will be my endgame. In the long run it will be prolly fine, but having abit buyers remorse now.

    I recently got to the point where, after 4 dacs, 3 dac/amps, DD IEMs, etc. I now only upgrade if it’s a new chip or new tech. While the DAC/AMPS and seperate AMPs and DACs do have a bit of a different sound, there is not enough there for me to buy any more. I am simply enjoying what I have (and I have way to much) and I am finding some of my gear sounds better with other gear. My FiiO K9 Pro and Topping amp sound really good together. Actually, having more fun mixing the gear up to see what I get.
