Sony ES gear is my all time fav type of audio equipment. I own both a FA50ES and a FA3ES, both work like a dream and show no signs of problems which is amazing considering they are over 25 years old! Anyone else love this particular type of gear?

A lot of things have changed and have shook up the once proud line of Audio Products, Kenwood, Sansui, Technics and Panasonic are gone or has changed to something else, Maranzt is still around but was one of those companies who didn’t think Home Theater and Surround sound wouldn’t last long and had to grab DENONs Surround sound know how just to get a piece of that pie But Charges $1000 More for their home theater equipment while you can get the same receiver with the DENON badge Cheaper so it’s not just SONY
