I have a Pioneer A-9 Amplifier and it is a wonderful vintage amplifier that suites my sonic tastes and is built like a tank.

Yamaha NS Monitors: After owning several NS series monitors I can describe the sound as extremely forward with intense energy. The attack and decay of the sound is so fast, sometimes it will illicit a physical response like eyes blinking. Stereo imaging and instrument separation are present, but the line is known to lack bass and cannot reproduce anything audible (to my ears) lower than 60hz.

I’m considering going for a Arcam A15 or A25 integrated amp. Anyone familiar with the brand as a whole and is it a worthwhile buy?

Greetings! I’d like to listen to isolated instruments - bass, drums, guitar, vocals of my favourite recordings. Is there any free software or app I can download? Cheers!

I have a small 70s Harmon Kardon. The sound is textured (warm distortion) kinda like a tube, with some bloom in the low end. Not boomy tho.
