I read a lot of review raving about Px8. I wasn’t about to pay $800 for them, but I got a pair at $450. Still wondering if they’re worth that even. Sound to me seems cloudy, and over bassy. I’d previously bought Focal Bathys after raving reviews and found them to be flat and thin and not coming anywhere near loud enough. Maybe my ears are too spoiled/ruined by the last 2 years of listening to mostly mid-tier IEM’s and my disappointment in these two cans is just because of bluetooth vs wired. Anyone else disappointed in Bathys or Px8?

They’re good fore wireless but don’t compete with their wired counterparts in the same price range.

I’ve ripped through every brand of cans I could find years ago, found B&W and never looked back. I’ve had three of them so far. Still on P5 S2 and everything else I’ve tried was just hollow in comparison. When these give up the ghost I was thinking Px7 S2e, as I can’t really afford the Px8.

Which is to say, dunno about the model, but I swear by the brand.

I have the Bathys and the Px8 and they are great for what they are. I have had the Bathy’s for almost a year and the Px8’s are new (about a week old).

I like the both but I still prefer the momentum 4s more than the rest. They were a steal a couple days ago for $200. I would save some of your money and get a set of those if you are looking into wireless headphones.

Do you have any comparison to other Focal headphones? This is also how I would describe the Stellia, but Utopia is bigger than that… would be very cool if the Bathys fits me
