The video really was sad for me. I don’t think he ever really listened to that system at all. I felt like it was a lifetime of tinkering.

All unnecessary. Just need YouTube and skullcandy headphones. Literally same quality.
He built a freaking amphitheatre just for his system. His amps were probably less than 10% of the total amount spent.
Those speakers went for a little over $10,000. The family sold everything for pennies on the dollar.
