Not a book, but a good resource.

If we used logic and reason to mind-eff every purchase, this hobby/passion/whatevs would die.
Up until 6 months ago, HarmanAudio.com was showing N90 stock, but no more. They might have the part you need, have you tried calling CS?
Personally, I prefer having dedicated audio components in my audio system.
Are people really confusing “file compression” with “dynamic range compression”?
I’ve got an SA30 in my office currently, and an SA10 looking for a home. Both are excellent. The Class G output on the SA30 is amazing, I would imagine it’s similar on the SA20.
In addition to making good amps, Arcam has a good track record for phono stages, and I’d imagine it’s a very good MM phono stage on the SA20.
Admittedly I haven’t personally heard an MM cart on it, but I have experience with the MC stage on my SA30 and it’s excellent IMHO
I’d keep the amp and get some passive speakers. The SA20 is just so versatile, it makes a great foundation to build a very good system around.
