  • I’ve got an SA30 in my office currently, and an SA10 looking for a home. Both are excellent. The Class G output on the SA30 is amazing, I would imagine it’s similar on the SA20.

In addition to making good amps, Arcam has a good track record for phono stages, and I’d imagine it’s a very good MM phono stage on the SA20.

Admittedly I haven’t personally heard an MM cart on it, but I have experience with the MC stage on my SA30 and it’s excellent IMHO

I’d keep the amp and get some passive speakers. The SA20 is just so versatile, it makes a great foundation to build a very good system around.
