Just clean your ears regularly if you go the iem route.

I’ve road tested those bad boys. Comfort is a 10 for crown stress but I find for my ears circular cups are the most comfortable.

Definitely a contender though for drive.

I work in pro audio so have luxury of sampling all the kit yet I always return to the 1990s. I like the sound stage and they are the most comfortable to me for long sessions.
