Sound preferences is a personal thing and should not be an affirmation of what others think as then it is not yours.

You are asking others about a headphone that you own? Sorry but this makes no sense to me. Would you get rid of it if others said you should. Sorry it just seems a strange question to ask. If it something you like it is something you like and needs no others endorsement. The HD-660S2 is very good in my opinion as well.
My Sonys and Apples didn’t why would you think these would?
Not just any wizard but “The Wizard”.
I think Audeze ,ZMF and Abyss have excellent stock cables . I also think the stock HD-800 cable is also very good but the HD-700 cable is just a tangly mess but solidly made. I have had several HiFiMan cables fail on me . I own 7 HiFiMan headphones and only 4 have a working stock cable. I have had a 6XX cable fail as well but being on the first Drop was sent a longer cable and it is still going.
I have tried them several times. I find them quite similar to the Brainwavz Alara with a bit better tuning .
Amazon for most of the inexpensive stuff and MusicTek and will be buying from Bloom shortly for the good stuff.
Unique Melody Amber Pearl.
Well will be hearing them this weekend at CanJam Dallas. I didn’t like the Empyrean all that much and found the Elites to be more to my liking so can’t wait to hear them.
Well don’t watch too many reviews and have only met DMS at CanJam SoCal and he seems like a very knowledgeable guy and pleasant to talk to . I do like his Omega headphones quite a bit .
Unless you plan on harder to drive cans in the future and the volume is fine for you maybe not. I have a Zen Can Signature 6XX and with the 6XX’s the XSpace does add a bit of well space to a fairly intimate headphone. It is done really well and doesn’t seem unnatural as the guys from iFi told me it was analog and not digital processing. They also hit the EQ for the 6XX’s dead on for my preference.
With more power, XSpace and XBass it is going to add to your setup with a few other options.
Do I think the 6XX’s are endgame ? No. They are very good but not endgame. Paired with a Bottlehead Crack they are definitely much better than out of most other amps I’ve heard and the mids are just awesome. Plug my ZMF Atriums in to the Crack and we are in a totally different experience and yes a better one.
