I recently got back into cd’s. Thankfully I kept my old collection and ripped them all to lossless. But I’ve also been buying cd’s again and am currently shopping for a cd player. I’m having a lot of fun with it and it’s a nice addition to collecting vinyl records.

Some people have to make due with the space they have. It’s one thing to spend a lot of money on gear. That doesn’t mean you’re going to buy a whole house or do expensive renovations for that gear. My “listening room” is my living room. My speakers share shelf space with my kid’s toys. It’s not a matter of taste. It’s either that or just not have hi-fi equipment.
