Get them on some heavy sounds, you’ll hear less resonance from your shelves vibrating. You’ll pass less vibration down your tonearm, it’ll be good trust me. Get them a little further away from the wall, not very far I’d guess. These speakers are great but a little lacking in bass, so having them closer to the wall will help with that, further away and you might find more detail and layer separation. Play around with it. Lastly get them wide, but not too close to the side walls as that will kill your soundstage. I hope this helps. Enjoy!
