Best anc. Sound can be had better around almost every corner. B&W, Sennheiser and then you have all the audiophile options like Dali etc. I even think the Bose Ultra is better sounding.

Depending on what semi deaf means I would look into what you actually like to listen to. You might need some speakers with a “shrill” top end or at least a pronounced top end, depending on your hearing damage. And probably also a lot of bass so a subwoofer is probably also good for you.
Those speakers look fantastic, really interesting, especially for a “set”.
At home I got a set of Kef ref 103.3 one of the few with their specific equalizer kube 103. Refreshed both the old and a new replacement tweeter. Didn’t come around to doing the small donut inside but they play fine as long as you don’t go loud/heavy on the bass.
And then I have the infamous Bose 601 mrkiii. Just a fantastic speakerset that’s neither this or that but still plays really fun sound and much better than most people would assume a pair of Bose is. Talk about filling up rooms and being airy.
Fidelio x1’s are most likely the most bassy open headphone you can find. Our lord and saviour Tyll from inner fidelity reviewed them on YT years ago.
They are also still quite balanced which is kinda insane with the amount of bass they can reproduce.
But they are mid fi headphones so don’t expect greatness. They are good overall though and still have that wide soundstage of the later models.
I would suggest a small dac/amp with a bass enhance button/switch.
Kronos hi lo extended edition with my x1’s and bass enhancer button on my fiio e10k Olympus is basically a psychedelic experience. It really is insane. Also great bassy sound for cheap. I’ve had this setup for gaming for years. Might even come up on a decade if I bothered to check.
