phoniatrician. He will ask you about your experience and do some test. You really need to explain how does your tinnitus behave. So, how it sounds, does it change intensity, frequency or go away during the day or night, that kind of thing (mine is from neck muscles so it varies wildly sometimes). From there just follow your doctor recommendations. Hopefuly it’s not permanent.
