I wear the HD600 for several hours a day at a desk and forget I’m wearing it. Anything in the line (6xx, 660S2, etc.) will have similar comfort. I’ve heard several people also claim the same for the 800s if you wanted to start more upscale.
I’d be curious what people recommend for wireless options, if that’s required.

I’m kicking myself for not taking more advantage of this sale. The fact they used shoppay made it trivial to have them ship to a proxy shipper, and somehow shoppay charged 0% sales tax. I got the clear for $700ish all-in and noticed they had the HD800s for $1100. But by the time I got my Clear and verified the entire process works they raised their prices on all their Focal and Sennheiser headphones.
The dirty secret is that it’s not hard to make headphones that sound good. I’d be curious on cheap planars how much of the cost is the drivers and how much is everything else.
I’ve always wonder who ends up buying these expensive headphone cables from these no-name Ali Express audiophile shops. I can understand their cheaper cables as good value and I know some of the shops like NiceHCK have built a small reputation. But cables in the several hundred dollar range? I’m curious how you ended up deciding to buy these.
Any experience with IEMs? It’s hugely personal preference but there are people who find IEMs and TWS comfortable enough to wear all day, and some people just can’t wear anything physically in their ear canal all day.
