As of right now with a $500 total speaker system for my desk, I am very mixed about my Elac Debut B6.2’s. sometimes they sound good but most of the time I’m bored by them. I dream of building an ultra high end system with some DiY involved to finally scratch that itch I’ve been having since getting into headphones before speakers. A bit unrelated but my biggest buyer’s remorse with a headphone is the Sivga SV021. It’s flat out terrible, but amazing with comfort and build quality. Borked tuning, I feel genuinely sick when listening to anything with them.
