Moondrop Blessing2 + Spinfit W1 tips + balanced modular cable + Fiio BTR3K

This setup is comfortable and secure in my ears all day long & sounds great on the 2.5mm balanced port of the btr3k. I usually keep in it LDAC or APTX-Hd and its basically indistinguishable from lossless. Plenty of power and an overall pleasing sound signature thanks for the AKM dac.

I find the W1 tips on the B2 too sibilant compared to the stock tips, do you feel the same or is it totally fine for you?

    LG V30-V60,

The IEM is probably different for each person. But mine is KZ ZS7, Tin Audio T2, or TRN V90

I used to be like you purchasing, and chasing every new $50ish Chi-Fi IEM that came out.

      Etymotic ER2 XR … $100

You NEED to purchase COMPLY tips to go with them or you will think I’m crazy

Detailed, vocal forward, with a touch of clean bass.

What is the bluetooth part? You are driving cabled IEMs with the Fiio, correct?

It’s budget for audiophile world but if most of my friends wanted this setup they would say it’s too expensive. My setup is Hifiman Sundara and it’s about the same price. But I still wouldn’t call it budget? This sounds elitist as hell just saying.

My simple setup at the moment is an iPod classic 7th gen and truthear hola. I also have a BTR5. I bought a pair of truth x crin zero red so looking forwards to that.

I prefer overears most the time so don’t spend too much on iem.

How can a bluetooth device be considered audiophile when bluetooth streams in lossy compression?

Hakugei, and a few no name brands make modular cables. Just be sure to get regular 2 pin and not qdc connector like those on kz sets

I use the same DAC and a pair of vintage MDR-V6 over the ear phones when on the go, sounds great.
