Mine came in where the left and right wires were joined together. Though after that, I’ve never had a problem in the long run, and they’re my most used IEMs.
I wish companies would offer versions without cables. So many are bad, so I bought tripowin ones instead. I don’t need any more cables, especially bad ones lol
I’m not trying to bitching about stuff that hasn’t been released yet but can 7Hz do something about that cable?
Mine in OG Zero started to melt after a month and the cable got stiffed within weeks.

The problem with the cables could be QC.
That sucks. I have barely used my Zero but I when I did I always thought the cable was the best I have seen.

I have that same cable and it has served me well for almost a year. Probably one of the better cable that I have in collection.
