Hi friends, king of the placebees here. I decided to upgrade from moondrop dawn pro to moondrop’s moonriver ti 2, so there’s that. I initially bought an iBasso upgrade cable to use as an usb c to c cable but that one sounded “weird” and “bad” so 50$ later and now i own a cable that wouldnt fit in my case. Same with the thieaudio cable upgrade but the comfort and build of that cable is so astounding that it kinda justifies the purchase…

Anyhow, off to the streets i go now, at least i have a banger of an iem setup.

Suggestions for any white cases to be used with this setup? Mine is too big it wouldn’t fit in there anymore??

You say this now…don’t go back on your word. I reached my endgames yesterday as well for iems, closed back HP and open back HP.

    Mine is 64audio U12T

I got blessing 2 before and I truly love the pair. How bass and mid absolute surpassed my xm4s. I can feel the soundstage vibrating a lot more in my brain. I felt the ‘complete’ B2 make.

But then I ask myself, how will a kilobucks gonna perform? And then after 6 months with the B2, I bought the u12t with the Black Friday deal.

1st impression is the pair is kinda annoying how the nozzle is quite longer and it doesn’t stay put on my ears without cables, and they are quite lightweight. So the sound, how does it feel to me? It doesn’t quite make any difference with the b2, except for the bass, very punchy and outstanding job. But besides that, I don’t see much of a difference.

But, I give the pair 2 weeks. Then back to b2 and xm4s. I now understand what bass bleeds to midrange. With u12t I can feel the bass and subbass on the bottom of my throat, how the vocals are on the front of my forehead. Soundstage on B2 are only in the middle of my head, while on u12t, they pump even under the bottom of both of my ears. I can feel the depths they make that b2/xm4s couldn’t. Now that’s well controlled separation I said to myself. Also b2/3 nozzle is so big and I it make my ears fatigued.

Tldr: u12t very good , better b2s in everyway and an absolute endgame. Preference apply.
