I bought a pair of SalNotes Zero IEMs a while ago, but the left ear one doesn’t work well anymore. The audio volume is much lower than before. Where can I get it fixed? I got no warranty but I’m willing to pay to get them fixed as long as it’s reasonable. Also, I apologise if this is the wrong place to ask, but I got no idea where to ask and this is the best one.

mesh filters are cheap, you can try replacing them
