The past couple of days I’ve been using these great beats headphones my mom got me, not sure how long I wear them for, maybe 2 hours max but I could be underestimating. I try to limit myself but I love that sweet sweet music. Anyway today and yesterday I noticed after I take the headphones off the inside of my ear is kinda wet, I assume from sweat? And also a little itchy, but that might be because I stuck my finger into my ear to feel the previously mentioned wetness. The moisture and itching clears up after a while of letting my ears breathe. Got a bit worried about swimmers ear because I know that wearing headphones for a long time can increase your risk of getting it.

No. Swimmers ear is caused because the ear is influenced by outside water constantly entering the ear canal and not draining, not natural sweat and ear wax the body produces. Your body is not going to produce enough moisture to cause swimmers’ ear because of over the ear headphones.
