I am fairly new to the whole audiophile scenario and have quite untrained ears. I have so many questions but can not possibly ask them all together lol. So for now, I need an explanation for something that I can’t get to understand. So, functionally if specific drivers work on the same mechanical principle ( Dynamic drivers, Planar Drivers etc) then what makes the same kind of driver on 2 different products sound different? For eg., how are some dynamic drivers on a headphone flat, others balanced, some V, some warm, some bright etc, considering the principle is the same?
Sorry if this is a stupid question.
That’s like asking how come different cars sound different even though their engines use the same mechanical principles.
