I’m starting to piece together some vintage audio equipment for my garage. I have an old K5 Blazer with a tape deck and my tape collection has outgrown the console so I’m looking for stuff to rock out to while I’m wrenching. These KEF C-40’s are the first piece of the puzzle, scored them for $24.00 today at goodwill, any suggestions for a receiver?
I have these as well, purchased from an estate sale for $35.00. Some of the best sounding speakers I own. I power them with my marantz sr-1000 and they sound great. Great find!
