Hey everyone, I know that there are a lot of somewhat similar posts to this on the sub but I couldn’t find any that were particularly helpful for me. I’m hoping I can get this figured out by just posting myself.
I got an audio setup about a year ago for listening to vinyl, but I guess I never considered getting a subwoofer when picking out all of my components.
I have two ELAC Debut 2.0 B5.2 speakers, and the issue is my Sony STRDH190 receiver - which doesn’t have a sub-out. Here is the backplate for the receiver:
I just ordered a SVS SB-1000 sub which I’m stoked for but I can’t seem to find a consistent answer for how to hook this up with my receiver. I know getting a new receiver with a sub-out would be ideal, but since my receiver is fairly new I’d REALLY prefer to continue using it if at all possible. Here’s an image of the sub’s backplate:

Don’t you just connect the amp-side RCA on white background labeled “OUT” into the “Line level IN”-pair on your SVS?
SVS had guides on how to hook everything up with every possible config
All of this information is covered in the manual. Why cant people just read it. They make it real simple to understand.
