IE600 came with scratched right grill, ‘Y-split’ also had minor scratches. I don’t think they are counterfeits, but perhaps was lightly used previously, or had minor damage in the manufacturing process?

Contacted customer support and they just offered a refund, with no explanation. Though, considering the price, I doubt it’s a major issue.
Has anyone else seen similar issues before?

What is wrong with people these days? These are not counterfeit, mine look exactly the same. I dont even know why they over a refund, this is ridiculous.
