Had the KZ AZ09 pro and they are really unreliable both in a build quality, one “ear-hook” died in 6 months of daily use, and in Bluetooth capabilities, they are very sensible to interference and don’t have a good range.
Sound quality was good on my KZ S10 but don’t count on the mic for call with a little bit of background noise.
Have you tried the KZ AZ09 pro? I much prefer them to my Fiio UTWS5.
