Hi there I just recently found out that Android by default is programed to output 44.1 khz and any file above it like the hi res 94 khz is suppressed and played at 44.1 khz is it true and apple music on Android which is an excellent app for hi res audio not worth it, if so please suggest how to listen to hi rea audio on mobile phone (Android) Thanks for the help.
Really?
Android resamples everything to 48 kHz. There are media players bypassing this default. You also need a USB DAC.
Android 14 comes with an option to override this default but again you must have both the software and the hardware to utilize this.
