Does an external DAC make any sense if the analog output would be flipped back to digital on my HT processor?
Reason- I’ve seen the new EverSolo device and it looks interesting. However I don’t think I’d get any benefits due to what would essentially be a D-A-D-A type conversion.
Your processor needs an analog input, some have them, some don’t. But, if it doesn’t, you are using the processors DAC and it’s a waste to get another one.
