Would anyone know where I’d be able to buy a small sheet of the foam which is put inside the headphones between your ears and the drivers? Have a pair of Anandas which I am finding slightly too sharp, so looking for some of that foam material to try tame the treble a small bit.

Foam might cause too drastic of a change. Try paper towels or dried wet wipes if it doesn’t look terrible on the Anandas. That’s what I use on my 1990s and it addresses the treble (8khz and above) specifically and leaves the rest of the spectrum virtually untouched.
