HE 400i 2020 here no issue, 10h+ of usage/day.
Only replaced the Cable for something more sturdy and changed the earpad since the PU of the original fall off in one summer. Changed them for some Brainwavz XL Hybrid and no big degradation for the last 2 years.
For the headband I was already using a Geekria Knit Fabric on my previous headphone ( m70x) ( that one breaked nearly completely ( the hinge) on both side in about 2 years.
Since the headpad of my He 400i 2020 never really touched my head, the PU is still in good shape, like brand new…
