Moved into new house and they were in theatre room. Previous owner said they were good.

Looks like a HSU 15H, a monster sub. My dream setup is a 7.2 system with those driving the low end, just need to get a concrete reinforced listening room to allow it without blowing up the place.

That setup is one hell of a house warming gift from the previous owner lol.

Looks like an hsu vtf 15h, great sub from what I have read. I think between 800 to 1000 new. The paradigms look like they are studio 100 v5, around 1800 new I think. If they are the signature s8 with beryllium tweeters they are over double the price I think. Very good equipment either way.

So many people stumbling onto free hifi gear. It’s amazing. I’m not sure why the lucky finders always need to know from Reddit how the gear sounds, when they’re the only ones who have actually heard the equipment

Paradigm Reference Signature S8 are my mains in an entirely Paradigm 7.1.4 Atmos setup and they sound amazing on a Classe CA-2200 amp fed through a stage widening and detaling CP700 preamp.

I’m guessing the Paradigm speaker is late 1990’s to early 2000’s.

Not exactly sure of the make & model, but Paradigm started refreshing starting around 2003. It might have been manufactured after 2003.

The more stoic brands of audiophile quality gear tend to sell older models for years after they introduced newer lines

Some of the Paradigm MillenniaOnes in my current system predate 2010. My first home theater, cobbled together around 2008 to 2011, still has speakers I used in my new system, installed last March. (subwoofers and surrounds)

Those look like Paradigm Studio Reference speakers. I have a home theater with them vintage 2009 speakers including L, R, C and 4 surrounds, and sub. System still rocks and impresses me and everyone who hears it. I have had to replace drivers over time and not they have to be rebuilt as Paradigm’s stock is gone. Enjoy.

I had almost the same setup. Studio 80v2’s (those might be 100’s?) with the VTF-15 mk2. I loved them. Sadly had to downgrade recently due to a smaller living room at a new house.

Those speakers need A LOT of power to really sing. Buy a good high power amp.

Paradigm Signature S8. I had these speakers ten years ago $10K Canadian. Freaking best speakers I owned over the years. They just left these to you 😳
