I don’t know if it relates but same company, my Linkbuds S is having the issue where one earbud goes from 100 to 0 in about 30 minutes. The other one is fine with about 5-6 hours but after contacting support they won’t do anything but recommend a repair center. I love the Linkbuds more then my xm4s but my xm4s don’t have the issue yet so.
