Have tried both comply and Sonicfoam:
Comply was the best fit/sound, however the memory foam ripped when I was changing sizes testing which felt best, better seal than Sonicore.

Sonicore was ok, but didn’t have as good a seal/loosened easier/fell apart easier.

Since there’s 100+ diff brands of In-Ear replacement tips, I figured I’d test my luck on here and see if there was any brand to stay away from/better reviewed.

Anyone have any suggestions for me ?

Foams really don’t work for me so I default to silicone, but I found the Spinfit CP145’s worked great on the A40’s, unfortunately it had issues connecting in the case so I’m back to the stock silicone tips. CP145’s aren’t made for TWS IEM’s specifically but they worked great until I had to sync them in the case (TWS specific ones are usually stubbier with a larger bore and fit better in the charging case).

SpinFit makes some TWS ones that I’m planning to try next. Also if you want to go cheap there are a lot of generic budget eartips on Amazon, Ali Express, Ebay, etc.

Yeah I had issues with the Sonicfoam ones fitting in my Charging Case for the A40’s, so those were pretty bad in that regard (I checked the Sonicfoam page on Amazon this morning, and the Space A40 aren’t even on the list anymore so… :/)

The Comply’s were amazing in terms of fit/sound, but their seal had… me wanting more. The Small tips felt the best, but when i was changing out the tips when i was testing the fit of the S/M/L, the foam tore off the nozzle, and I was being VERY gentle removing them… Then the other week I had to replace my A40’s because the mounting ring on my drivers snapped off when i was removing them to test the M’s again. Not a great look for some of the most expensive sets of Foam Ear Tip Replacements… (3 Pairs, 1 S/M/L for 30$ and tax almost…)

Silicone to me just looks cheaply made (yet probably made better than foam -_-), and I’ve seen a LOT of horror stories with ‘loses fit after 2 weeks’ for the more expensive Silicone ones so ;/

Price isn’t really an issue with the tips, I just want a pair that will have a good seal, and not irritate the crap outta my ears/fall out (That happened A LOT with the stock Soundcore included ones… falling out and irritation)

I think generally you get what you pay for in eartips but sometimes it’s just luck and what fits for you. Spinfit and especially AZLA eartips aren’t cheap but they’re among the best (for silicone). I usually default to Final E silicone eartips for wired IEM’s but IIRC I had issues with those syncing in the case as well. Those are a little cheaper at ~$13 for the 5 pack of all sizes.

Quality foams like Comply and Dekoni are good but not cheap and unfortunately easy to rip, plus if you use them a lot you’ll need to replace them on a regular basis. You might want to check out the hybrid ones that are foam with a silicone layer around.

This is a good list about eartips but it’s primarily focused towards wired IEM’s so some of these may not work or may not fit in the case

I have issues with the A40’s coming loose as well but I love the fit and compact size of them. The sound is pretty good too but I mostly use them for podcasts and wired IEM’s if I want to listen to music.
