I find spinfit W1 tips seal better than any other tips I have tried and even improve the soundstage and bass a bit, you can get them from AliExpress. The B3 cable is supposed to be decent so there shouldn’t be a need to change that.

If the tips don’t cause you any issues, don’t change them. Same for your cable.

And yeah, if you can’t hear anything you need to use them exclusively for a while, it’s not to convince yourself they’re good but for your ears to adjust. After a few weeks the differences w/ the headphones will be obvious

How are you even driving them? They are 10 fold better than Logitech on a good amp/dac.

Despite the other person’s comment most IEMs are pretty easy to drive. The one thing you may want to make sure of, if you can, is to plug them into your mobo and not just the case port. That can make a difference.

If you go mobile most people seem to say dongle is enough. I got a qudelix and like it quite a bit. The software is well done and easy to work with.

Cables won’t magically improve the sound, make sure you get a good seal with the tip or you’ll lose a lot of bass, also the blessing 3 will be really bass light compared to your old g x pro, look into Eqing a bass shelf if you like some more bass

Just give them a week or two ;). This should be recommended to pretty much anyone who’s getting their first hi-fi pair. I have 7 headphones and 3 IEMs and had to go through this process with each to various degrees.
