Does it even makes sense marketing wise? There was basically zero overlap in market positioning between Logitech and Jaybird, and they’re not even using it to compete with Jabra and the likes. Just why?

Jaybirday have owned some sort of asset that is useful indirectly to Logitech. It may not even be about the products they make. Maybe they just did it so they could expand their market cap slightly then liquidate the assets. Like buildings or equipment or whatever.
