I have what I thought was a setup that would suit me for a while in a pair of single drivers in large cabinets. I’m well aware of the limitations but the tradeoffs have been worth it to me this far. Problem is that most of what I’m listening to these days is electronica in some form (trance, EDM etc). Im not unhappy with the sound, but asking a pair of single drivers to handle all that detail is a tall order. Any advice on what I stand to gain by going to full range towers? Those that listen to a lot of electronic music - what are you running and how do you like it?

Running Li Song origin s-10s on Schiit gear. 2 Rel subs and a Fathom. Well treated room.

If you’re listening to electronica, you’re missing most of the music. Tekton Design. Great bass, no-etch treble. They’re big but run on a few watts like single drivers. Tekton Design Perfect SET, SET 2-10 or SET 15. All around $2K. All are super efficient and can play well on 10 watts. Perfect SET is fine on 3-5 watts.

Thanks! I spent a good amount of time researching these after your suggestion. Interesting concept. Going from single driver to more drivers than I ever thought one should have. I might actually grab a pair and try them out. Thanks again
