I tried many different headphones and i discovered that im very sensitive to bluetooth. Whenever I listen for like 5 to 10 minutes I get a headache. Im looking for headphones with lighting jack for iphone that has cables and is fairly sturdy, comfy and I dont have to turn volume all they way up to hear something at louder place. You are going to be pretty limited for over ears that have a lightning jack connection.
I remember when that fad went around, 1UP made some and a few others but with them switching to USB-C thats pretty much over.
